The SF series steam generator is a newly developed Sigma Fire steam generator by our company based on the E series steam generator. The rated thermal power ranges from 75BHP (749KW, steam volume 1000kg/h) to 300BHP (2996KW, steam volume 4000kg/h), and the designed rated steam pressure is divided into three types: 1.0, 1.25, and 1.6MPa. It can operate stably at any pressure below the rated pressure and above 0.5MPa.

Its main features are the same as the E series, which safely, efficiently, and quickly outputs high-quality steam. On the premise of meeting the requirements of regulations and standards, reduce the configuration of dry shutdown, integrate combustion control into PLC, install water pump and body on the same chassis, simplify production process, mass production, strengthen cost control, so as to provide more benefits to customers with small steam consumption.  

The product code S is Sigma ∑, meaning sum. We combine the auxiliary equipment of the system into one, and different pry blocks can be easily assembled together. The auxiliary control is integrated with the main engine, and users no longer need to run back and forth to operate water treatment, water tanks, and boilers. Everything can be easily operated on Sigma.
